Writers in Residence's Nicolas Brasch has written more than 250 books for leading educational and trade publishers. These include both factual and fiction titles. Several titles/series have won or been short-listed for major awards.

Writers in Residence's Katherine Steward is an experienced book editor and project manager with twenty years experience working both in-house and freelance for some of Australia's leading publishers. She completed the Graduate Diploma in Editing and Publishing at RMIT in 1991 and received the Society of Editors Award in her final year.
